When we decided to make our Habanero hotsauce we knew we couldn’t just chop up Habaneros and put them in a bottle. If we did that you’d probably need a weapons license to buy it.
Instead we cool the fresh Habaneros down with some carrots to give the flavor a little dimension and subtle sweetness. Add a little vinegar, a little onion, a little salt and pour the whole lot into our custom made bottles.
That’s about it. No science. No magic. We don’t make sauces that you can’t make at home. We make the sauces so that you don’t have to make them at home.
And that leaves you more time to have fun.
